Gather your tax returns

Have PDFs or clear photos of your last two years of personal tax returns. The program requires $50,000 or more in taxable income and 680+ credit scores on all three bureaus.

Complete your application

Fill in your details, upload your two tax returns and your credit report, and submit.

Already have your credit report? You got it in Step 1 — ignore the “download credit report” link inside the form and simply upload your PDF.
“Who referred you?” — enter the name of your Titan loan officer, or “Titan Lending Solutions.”
