I recently bought a home that was financed through Bank of America. As my Finance Officer, Aurelia provided excellent guidance and processing of my mortgage application, from initial preapproval to the date of closing. Her knowledge of the mortgage process is unmatched, and she was able to explain relevant matters to me in a clear and digestible manner that calmed my unease. I was particularly impressed at how responsive she was to my inquiries throughout the process. Often, she would respond to my messages late at night and on weekends. In almost all cases, she responded within a few minutes to my inquiries and concerns. Likewise, she worked with my real estate agent to ensure the process proceeded smoothly. Additionally, I was pleased at how she helped me get the best interest rate and waiver/reduction of fees during a time when mortgage rates were otherwise rising. I was especially impressed at how diligently she worked with me to ensure that all required documents were submitted in a timely manner and met the requirements of the underwriters. She is extremely meticulous, which made the process so much easier for me. Because of her diligence, I was able to complete the financing portion of home-buying well before the closing date. Finally, in addition to Aurelie's outstanding expertise, I was especially impressed at how cordial and warm she was throughout the process. In essence, her personable, engaging expertise takes the stress and pain out of the mortgage lending process. I give her the highest recommendation.
